
I’ve spent the last 15 years helping teams transform raw data into clear direction.From corporate systems to fast-moving startups, I’ve worked where data meets decision-making - building frameworks that make growth and decision taking measurable.
I started my career at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, supporting their startup Discavo with analytics, automation, and reporting infrastructure. It’s where I learned how to translate business goals into data systems that actually drive decisions — not just describe them.
After that, I joined Zenmate as Senior Analyst, leading web analytics and tracking to bring clarity to user behavior and performance.
Then came SumUp, where I served as Business Intelligence Analyst, designing their first self-service data center - a foundation that gave every team access to clean, actionable insight.
In 2018, I co-founded the-multipliers.com, a practice built to merge growth marketing with data science. I connect data with growth, helping teams build systems that think before they act. Since then, I’ve worked for selected clients like Google, SumUp, Taxfix, TED (SpardaBank), and Holmes Place - developing tracking systems, forecasting models, and data products that helped them see not just what was happening, but why, and what to do next.
More recently, I co-founded piment-de-papy.com, a small-batch hot sauce brand — a side project that adds some space to a career filled with numbers. It’s where I test the same principles of clarity and iteration, just through flavor instead of funnels.
In short: 15+ years. 6 industries. From dashboards to data science, my goal is always the same: turn information into momentum.

From Berlin’s startup scene to global brands, I help ambitious teams scale faster through a blend of Growth Marketing and Data Analytics/Science.
I started my journey as Country Manager for DefShop (France) - building market traction from the ground up and developped the revenue goal in 3 years in a row. Later, I joined ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, where I worked as Senior Marketer across several of their portfolio startups including Gymondo, Valmano, and Amorelie - helping them shape acquisition systems that could scale under pressure.
From there, I moved into leadership as VP Marketing at Movinga, guiding the company through international expansion and performance transformation.
In parallel, I co-founded the-multipliers.com - built to merge strategy with systems and help brands scale by design, not by accident. Through the-multipliers.com, I’ve supported early-stage ventures such as TED (Sparda Bank), Circula, Hypatos, Finiata, ICT Job DE, EasyTransac, Sirplus, Outdoor Nation, wirkaufendeinenflug.de, helping them find traction when every euro mattered.
I’ve also worked with more established companies like Urban Sports Club, Glossybox (UK), Holmes Place (DE, CH & AT), Evo Fitness, Maxiscoot and Zalando - designing growth systems that turned speed into sustainability. Alongside this, I advise Loyal VC as an advisor, supporting portfolio companies on growth and operational strategy.
